**Chandler**, Brian M.D., Waverley, NS; Dalhousie University, 1961; internal medicine; FRCPC; former associate physician, Victoria General Hospital; professor and Head, Division of Cardiology, Dalhousie University. Died Nov. 7, 2004, aged 69.

**Cragg**, C. Edward (Ted) Allen, Peterborough, Ont.; Queen's University, 1943; FRCS(Eng.), FRCSC; Ophthalmology. “He practised at the Peterborough Clinic for 30 years after having trained 4 years in England at Moorfield, Woverhampton, Burmingham and Oxford Eye hospitals, before attaining his FRCS(Eng.). After attaining his FRCSC, he returned to his hometown, Peterborough, where he established a busy practice and led a busy life involved in CNIB, Kinsmen, Parkinson's and the Canadian Ophthalmology Society.” Died after a long and difficult battle with Parkinson's disease Mar. 1, 2005, aged 84; survived by his wife, Florence (Trebilcock), children Dr. Paul and Elizabeth and 6 grandchildren.

**Dyck**, Victor J., Vernon, BC; University of Manitoba, 1952. Died Dec. 2, 2004, aged 79.

**Ferguson**, Marylin J., Halifax; Dalhousie University, 1976. Died suddenly in her home on Jan. 20, 2005, aged 54.

**Fiddess**, James, Victoria; Cambridge University (England), 1946; former emeritus staff, Victoria General and Royal Jubilee hospitals. Died Jan. 8, 2005, aged 82.

**Finlayson**, Donald M., University of Toronto, 1946; internal medicine; BSc, FRCPC, FACP; former staff, Toronto General (1952–54), St. Michael's (1954–69) and North York General (1969–90) hospitals. Died Jan. 26, 2005, aged 81; survived by his wife, Anna, his children, Elizabeth, Carol, Mary Jane, Donald and Margaret, and 8 grandchildren.

Died Jan. 25, 2005, aged 84; survived by his wife, Sylvia, and children Ian, Shawn, Darren, Kirsten and Christopher. “Harald will be greatly missed by his many colleagues, co-workers, students and friends, all of whom held him in the very highest esteem.”
